King Cake Queen XXI: Barbara Ella, The Borghese Queen, led the 27th annual Official Gay Mardi Gras Bead Toss on Mardi Gras March 4th from the Ambush Mansion balcony on Bourbon Street. She is joined by Aunt Sally, Mom Phyllis, KCQ XVII Opal Masters, and Krewe of Queenateenas' Co-Captains Marsha & Rip Naquin-Delain.
